There are some good lower abdominal exercises which will help to tone your abs, these are double left lifts, pelvic thrusts, and chair lifts. To get rid of the actual fat is where the low fat diet comes in.  </p>
<p>The pelvic thrust needs you to lie down on the floor and have your knees bent with your arms being kept straight by your sides.  Keep your body on the floor, and just raise your pelvic area.  While you are exhaling, tilt your pelvis upwards.  Hold this for several seconds and then you can inhale as you lower your pelvis.  This stomach exercise must be repeated several times.<br />
