<p>Jump the fat away.  It is possible to lose fat faster using rebounder exercise.  Increase the fat burning even more by applying circuit training methods.  Rebounding is fun and easy to do in the privacy of your own home while remaining a safe, low impact exercise when done properly. <p>Rebounder exercise is jumping for a period of time on a small trampoline which is designed to use for daily exercise. On top of all this, rebounding strengthens bones while toning all muscles and cells.</p>
<p>Rebounding brings more oxygen to all your organs and tissues, tones every muscle (including facial), helps increase circulation, increases white and red blood cell production, and stimulates your metabolism.  All of this creates the best fat loss workout while proving to be safer than other impact exercises including jogging.</p>
<p>To get more of a fat burning effect, try circuit training.  This is done by adding 30-60 seconds of aerobic type exercise in between resistance or muscle building exercise such as push ups or squats.  A common aerobic exercise used is jumping rope or jogging in place, which can be hard on ankles, feet and knees.  Rebounding can safely replace these exercises and make your workout more fun.  Just do a set of resistance exercise from 12 &#8211; 20 reps, then 1 minute of jumping, then another set of resistance exercise followed by another minute of jumping and so on until you have completed about 30 minutes of fat burning exercise.</p>
<p>Circuit training as a workout can help increase your fat loss by up to 20%.  You can burn more calories and build more fat burning muscle.  As you replace traditional exercise such as jogging or jumping rope with rebounding, you not only burn more fat, but you will receive the added benefit of helping your body flush fat, too.  This is a true powerful workout to help your body lose fat fast.</p>
<p><B>Warning</B> &#8211; Never use a cheap quality mini trampoline.  These can cause problems and even hurt your ankles, knees or back.  If you are truly serious about fat loss with rebounder exercise, use only a rebounder designed for safe, daily exercise.</p>

I also tried P90X, which was a great routine for shedding weight ;  it became routine and unfulfilling for me after four months of doing this in my basement. So, my hunt started for a local MMA gymnasium to see what I could do to evolve my workout.]]></description>

<p>There are approximately 3 MMA gyms inside driving distance from my office and, much to my amazement, 2 of the 3 had weight areas and decent locker area. With little hesitation I joined, and i have been really happy with the results this far. Bear in mind, I&#8217;m not about to step into a cage with another mid-life crisis victim, but the training is intense and very group oriented.</p>
<p>The Routine :</p>
<p>Monday : Muay Thai Class + Weights tuesday : Grappling ( Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) wednesday : Muay Thai Class + Weights thursday : Grapping ( Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) friday : Plyometric training **The Grappling classes begin with a thirty minute army style fitness heat up, but I&#8217;m almost puking by the end of this routine.</p>
<p>Food Intake :</p>
<p>MMA requires ample food intake, at least equal to 15 to eighteen times your body weight daily. For protein I multiply my weight by 1.25 for my daily consumption. I also keep a food journal to self-police my diet habits. Unlike true weight loss programs I gain a pound in the 1st month. My pants are getting loose so this is definitely a consequence of muscle mass gain and the fat is softening away.</p>
<p>Nutritive reinforcement :</p>
<p>My instructor laid out an easy plan for my additions, which i need to get through these tiring 1 -2 hour sessions.</p>
