I don&#8217;t know about you, but the food seems to be getting better. I will try to give you some tips that worked for me in keeping the weight down. <p>Probably one of my biggest challenges is going out to eat. It just seems so tough to maintain a healthy lifestyle while you are craving a juicy hamburger. It&#8217;s unfortunate they haven&#8217;t figured out a way to make those things &#8220;fat free&#8221;, but until they do, I guess we all suffer.</p>
<p>Now mind you, I really haven&#8217;t stopped eating all those tasty dishes, but I have done something else. I noticed a little trick that some health conscious individuals do. They actually leave food on their plates! I can hear what you&#8217;re saying, but listen when I tell you that portion control is a big thing.</p>
<p>Friends of mine told me that the Europeans are well known for this, as their restaurants serve great food, but just in smaller portions. In my opinion I truly believe that is a great idea, especially for us who are way overweight. So I really don&#8217;t have to become a vegetarian after all.</p>
<p>I know that sounds easier said then done, especially when the food is the best gourmet. But the more I read those healthy living tips books, the more I begin to realize that they are right. It really isn&#8217;t as important as what you are eating, but the amounts that you are eating.</p>
<p>So a comparison would have to be made in exactly what you are eating. If I am having a really fatty dish, like those one half pound hamburgers I enjoy, then I would cut it in half. I still might be up there in fat intake, but it is a start for someone as overweight as myself.</p>
<p>So hopefully these healthy living tips will help make a difference for me. If I could eat what I enjoy in moderation, I just might see some beneficial results. Now this is just my opinion, am I am not recommending this for you. As always you should check with a doctor and get a complete medical checkup before making changes in your current lifestyles.</p>

<p>If you have perfect abs, your only worry as far as your abs are concerned should be keeping them. Doing so is not difficult; simply stay on the workout schedule that got you that steel stomach of yours.</p>
<p>In order to get perfect abs you need to do certain things. You need to follow certain regiments to help you reach your goal. The only thing that you need in order to achieve this goal, however, is strict determination. Without determination you will not continue on workout regiments, which will keep you from earning those precious washboard abs you so desire. So keep in mind, the harder you work, the quicker they will come.</p>
<p>The easiest way to get started is to lots and lots of sit-ups and/or crunches. If you are not used to doing crunches, try starting off in small numbers, about 25 at a time, several times a day. Eventually you will be able to work up to more. If you find you are not feeling anything from the amount you are doing, try increasing it by about five to 10 more. Eventually you will be doing hundreds, maybe more at a time.</p>
<p>As soon as your sit-ups start to seem easy, even when you&#8217;re doing several hundred a day, you can start on other, more intensive abdominal workouts. These include anything from leg-lifts to russian twists. While you perform such exercises you should make sure you do not get into the state of mind that you can eat however much junk at all possible. You should still keep up a healthy diet in addition to your workout, as well as some minor cardiovascular exercise to help burn extra fat and gain endurance.</p>
<p>Once you are in better shape you can start to think about working the rest of your body while still toning your abdominal muscles. There is one workout in particular that, when done correctly, works your entire body. It is very tough at first, but you will get used to it as time wears on. What you need to do is get some barbells or hand weights that can roll on the ground. Hold yourself on them in a push-up position, keeping your body as straight as possible. Once you have done so, move one arm out slowly and as far as possible while still keeping your body straight. Move it back in the same fashion and repeat this with the other arm.</p>
<p>If you find you can do all of these workouts with ease, yet you still do not have a perfect six-pack, do not worry. Perfect abs take a long time to develop, but the benefit of developing them is tremendous.</p>

Would you enjoy a greater sense of happiness and freedom than before?  Bring all of these benefits to mind and allow yourself to feel excited and eager about them.  When your feeling of desire gets really strong, you will start to draw forth energy from the universe and direct it toward the manifestation of your desired outcome.</p>
<p>Doing this one time is a great start, but in order to effect long-term change you&#8217;ll want to commit to a daily practice of tuning into your desired outcome.  One of the biggest challenges in manifesting is caused by lukewarm focus.  People tend to focus much more on things that make them angry or frustrated, and they never generate enough energy and intention to manifest something better.</p>
