So embrace every small change and take the time you need to to make things work.  You will be surprised at how much you can lose quickly taking this approach.</p>
<p>4. Incorporate Exercise In The Same Way &#8211; Exercise is something many people scrimp on and try to add in straight away at a huge rate.  Try adding it in once a week, twice a week etc until you have built up to everyday.  Take it slow, enjoy the process and do things that are fun.  Exercise can be as simply as jumping on a trampoline for half an hour with the kids or going for a long walk.  Take it slow and it will become part of your life for good and not just for the short term.</p>

<p>Okay, just quickly, the lemon juice diet is a diet that consists of living off of a lemonade drink for 10 days straight. No other solid foods allowed. It&#8217;s hard, but the results are off the charts. Okay, here&#8217;s the first strategy to make it through the 10 days.</p>
<p>But the first tip is to eat a lot of raw salad and clear soups the 3 days before you go for your lemon juice diet. This will help get your stomach used to small amounts of food.</p>
<p>You have the first tip under your belt. You&#8217;re well on your way. Now add this second tip to keep the moment. Don&#8217;t do the lemon juice diet more often than twice a year.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll be able to keep warm by being out in the sunshine. This is ideal as you&#8217;ll notice that you feel the cold more easily. And being in the sun also helps keep your spirits buoyed.</p>
<p>My last strategy to successfully complete this lemon juice diet is to take &#8216;er easy. You need to be relaxed in both body and mind in order to really succeed with the lemon juice diet. If you&#8217;re able to be on holiday while doing it that is the best. But either way, no strenuous activity. Try and incorporate leisurely walks and yoga. And don&#8217;t sweat the small stuff.</p>
